We are seeking an experienced PLMProject Manager specializing in Teamcenter tool to lead a dynamic team, drive quality excellence, and collaborate with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, E2E PLM business processes, and CAD integrations while ensuring efficient practices and effective team leadership.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ QA professionals, ensuring productivity and team growth.
• Teamcenter Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture, modules, and integrations to deliver top-notch testing solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align QA objectives with business goals.

BE or equivalent

• Extensive Experience: 12-18 years of proven experience in Teamcenter and Project Management.
• PLM Knowledge: Hands-on expertise in E2E PLM business processes and CAD integrations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams of 15+ members.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to manage and interact with business stakeholders effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with managing Test Automation projects.
• Exposure to ERP integration with Teamcenter.
• Pre-sales support experience.
