Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience who can lead a team and drive the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js along with team management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project goals are met. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best coding practices. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Manage and guide the team using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver quality solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong experience in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (preferred). Proficiency in React.js with state management libraries (Redux, Context API). Experience in Node.js and building scalable backend applications. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional), and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of database design and management (MongoDB, MySQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Prior experience in leading a development team and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment automation. Exposure to UI/UX principles and responsive design. ,
