Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Most experience has been as a Process Engineer, fulfilling design needs for several downstream and upstream projects, working
with both ISBL and OSBL systems. Roles fulfilled include Design Engineer, Process Checker. Familiarity has been achieved with the
various protocols and procedures used to create a solid design. Sound experience has been gained in the development of new units
while thriving under the challenges of the revamps. Computer skills were gained through the use of several types of software
including Aspen HYSYS, Promax, Pro-II, AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, Visio, Microsoft Office, Smart Plant Explorer and several other
proprietary software packages. Designed and coordinated distribution of utilities for a plant that will produce RO membranes.
Designed, sized and selected mechanical equipment, including vessels, tanks, pumps, plate and frame heat exchangers, shell and
tube heat exchangers, static mixers, and sprayers. Performed instrument sizing for control valves, flow elements, rupture disks and
relief valves.
Performed hydraulic calculations for the optimization of line sizing and pump selection.
Checked calculations and datasheets of other Process Engineers before submitting them to other disciplines, vendors or clients
