The role involves providing excellent customer service, support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in international sales and logistics Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of freight brokerage and transportation industry Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Fluency in English and other languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is a plus,
