Job Description

1.Day to day construction site management.

2.Daily project monitoring and reporting.

3.BOQ/Bill verification.

4.Local site compliance.

5.Prepare master schedule for the project & set weekly / monthly targets based on monthly target

6.Ensure Contractor Selection on Time for Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, RCC and Masonry works etc.

7.Ensure Construction Material Delivery & Quality on Time.

8.Ensure Quality of Work & Train project supervisors about the quality of works.

9.Regularly visit various sites for inspection.

10.Ensuring Safety of the Project.

11.Reporting and Billing, Prepare time to time project's reports and contractors' bills.
