Job Description
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process for clients, from job posting to offer negotiation and final placement.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and update them on candidate progress.
- Offer Management: Manage offer generation, contract preparation, and candidate onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining Databases: Update candidate records and manage recruitment data efficiently.
- Fresh Graduates: Any background (preferably BBA, MBA, or similar) with a strong desire to pursue a career in recruitment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
- Positive Attitude: A self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
