Job Description Job Location: Pune/Hyderabad Educational Qualification: Any Degree conduct regular audits of mainframe systems (z/OS, CICS, DB2) to pinpoint vulnerabilities (e.g., outdated libraries, misconfigured parameters). Flag areas for improvement, such as resource contention, suboptimal JCL setups, or security gaps. Train support teams on QC best practices and tools. Partner with security teams to address mainframe vulnerabilities (e.g., RACF policies). Optimize workflows and processes for mainframe operations (e.g., batch scheduling, storage management). Automate repetitive tasks using scripting/tools (e.g., REXX, CA Technologies) to improve efficiency.
