We are looking for US Staffing Professionals to work in our IT / Non- IT Division.
However, we are looking to hire someone with at least 6 months to 2 Years of experience in US Recruitment -
This will be a permanent US Shifts (6:30 PM 4AM IST)
Responsibilities:
End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent English-Written and Verbal
Go getter attitude.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Education Any Under Graduates/Graduates can Apply.
Experience:
US IT Recruitment / Non- IT Recruitment: 0.6 - 2 Years
