7 - 9 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description Experience: 8 to 10 Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid 2 days in office per week) Must-Have Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Azure experience is a plus). Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience in AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in enterprise environments. Exposure to AWS AIOps, Python, and DevOps GitLab. The role involves designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure platforms while ensuring AI-driven automation, performance optimization, and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AI/ML, AWS Core AI services, and cloud infrastructure operations, along with a strong programming background. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and develop automations in CloudOps for ERP / Non-ERP Applications in AWS. Share customer insights to shape AWS platform roadmap and future services. Influence platform evolution within the organization by proactively suggesting improvements. Analyze and explain AI/ML solutions while maintaining high ethical standards. Architect and implement AI-based automation for cloud operations and infrastructure management. Develop AI/ML algorithms to optimize cloud resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve performance. Build predictive models for scaling, fault detection, and workload balancing in multi-cloud/hybrid environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning, incident resolution, and performance tuning using AI-driven workflows. Develop chatbots and intelligent assistants for CloudOps support. Deploy AI-based monitoring tools to identify potential system anomalies and failures proactively. Build predictive analytics solutions to enhance system uptime and ensure business continuity. Work closely with DevOps, CloudOps, and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments. Develop and maintain pipelines for AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment. Serve as an L3/L4 escalation point for critical production issues. Adhere to change management protocols while executing service requests. Continuously optimize standard operating procedures through automation and best practices. Project Details: Work on high-end AI-driven automation in Cloud Infrastructure Operations for Enterprise Cloud Services. Drive technical solution discussions with stakeholders and decision-makers to build scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures. Conduct market assessments of AI and automation technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. AWS Certification (Mandatory). Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies and cloud operations.
