SAP ERP Specialist (Human Capital Management (HCM) Experience: 9+ years Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad JD: Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support) Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance. In depth knowledge of SAP-HCM modules (PA, PY, Time, OM, ESS/MSS) Maintain process documentation for HR processes & tasks Support the HR power users and work with KSA CoE to solve technical issues regarding Master Data and Data inconsistence. Continuous improvement - Inquisitive - self teaching of relevant new business thinking and technology solutions.
