Job Description

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field. Good to have - CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications Experience: Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer. Proven experience troubleshooting network infrastructure based on SOP. Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN, and Access points. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to work flexible hours & work well under pressure. Good written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions. Diagnose and troubleshoot network errors. Track and document network issues; compile incident reports. Perform root cause analysis for future improvements. Lead Bridge calls for P1/P2 issues. Mentor and support L1 engineers.,
