Writing efficient and readable code and having an appreciation for the same. Responsible for quality code reviews, design reviews & architecture level decision making. Responsible for designing & development of scalable & performant systems with high quality. Responsible for architecture & designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces. Compliance with build and configuration management process. Develop and maintain new features Design of High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs) from user requirements to design web applications/ web services. Should be able to work on cross functional features that span across multiple team and define scope of work for other teams wherever applicable. 8 + years of strong hands-on development experience including Exposure to app servers. Expertise in Java/J2EE/Python/C/C++. Experience in Algorithmic development & databases is must have. Expertise in Concurrency Concepts, Distributed computing, vertical and horizontal scaling. Having Analytical and problem solving approach. Should be comfortable to work on Erlang/Elixir. Strong experience in architecture, design, HLD, LLD. Exposure to various databases and associated technologies like Postgresql, Redis etc. Implementation of Distributed system software to ensure high reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
