Position: Learning and Development Executive/Manager. Location: Various locations in Bihar (Working Location is mentioned, application from anywhere in the country are welcome) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees.As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.The Retail Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our retail staff. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Requirements Detailed Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and create customized training plans. Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role in the retail industry. Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
