Job Description

    Job Description Detailed Requirements: The candidate is expected to have 12 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5-8 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 3-4 should have been with Oracle HCM Cloud. The candidate must have working experience in the below modules along with the Core HR module Time and Labor Absence Management Benefits Compensation Recruiting (ORC) In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in enabling next gen capabilities Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Additionally, the candidate should bring the ability to work with cross functional teams Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project / Program Manager Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration. Strong exposure to use of Tools & Accelerators with an innovation and digital transformation bent of mind Solution Architecture and exposure to cross domain dependencies is necessary Qualification Requirements: Bachelors degree in , Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 12 to 15 years of experience in technology, automation, or business management Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally. Strong knowledge of automation technologies, AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams Product Certification Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)) Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Develop long term partnership with our largest and most complex clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Interface at highest levels both internally and within clients. Assigned side projects designed to move the client success organization forward.
