- Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using TypeScript for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend. Design and implement API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Ensure the application is optimized for speed and scalability, while maintaining a strong focus on security. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end systems. Continuously improve and refactor code to ensure long-term maintainability. Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the industry to ensure the team is using the most effective tools. Requirements: Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and deep understanding of its framework and ecosystem. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Solid understanding of RESTful API design and experience integrating third-party APIs. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. Strong understanding of web security best practices. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing tools. Familiarity with deployment workflows and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
