Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide our development team in building and scaling our monitoring tool. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving successful project delivery. Additionally, experience with PowerBI is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA Testing Efforts: Oversee and manage the QA testing process for the Cloudmon IT observability platform, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, system, and scalability requirements. Develop Test Strategies: Create and implement test strategies and plans, including defining test cases, test scenarios, and test data requirements. Manage Testing Team: Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA testers, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient execution of testing tasks. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure timely resolution. Automate Testing Processes: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage, utilizing appropriate automation tools and frameworks. Monitor and Report: Track and report on testing progress, results, and defect status, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that the platform meets high-quality standards and performs reliably across various environments and conditions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall QA process. Mandatory skills: Extensive Testing Experience: 10+ years of experience in QA testing with a strong background in functional, system, and scalability testing. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of infrastructure observability platforms and monitoring tools for network, virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V), SNMP, WMI, and various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac). Automation Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of QA testers, develop test strategies, and manage testing processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across complex systems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey test results, collaborate with development teams, and report to stakeholders. Performance Testing: Experience with performance and scalability testing tools and techniques to ensure the platform handles expected loads and scales effectively. Knowledge of Best Practices: Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for QA and testing, including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
