Job Description

Managing Stock, Handle Supplies, Ordering Stock, Check Receipt Make Sure Stock Is Readily Available Etc Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform internal audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. Implement effective cost control measures, such as inventory management systems, portion control, and waste reduction programs. Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies, menu engineering, and cost optimization initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to align financial objectives with operational goals.
