Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on purchase orders or agreements.
2. Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
3. Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records with the general ledger.
4. Client Coordination: Address billing inquiries and discrepancies with clients to ensure resolution.
5. Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
6. Reporting: Generate regular billing and financial reports for management review.
7. Compliance: Ensure all billing activities align with company policies and financial regulations.
