Online Reputation Manager Role The utmost role and responsibility of a reputation manager is to create and maintain a favourable brand image of the company and its products. He/she is in charge of every online account of the companys brands and monitors how the brands are engaging with the audience. ORM also handles negative publicity even on the review and rating websites. Responsibilities - Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation - Contribute to the brands reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from different outlets, including search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums. - Examine the facts surrounding social media (negative) comments to provide positive and professional responses. - Recognize possible negative situations/crises and co-ordinate with the concerned teams to solve issues. - Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats - Submit regular reports Requirements - Hands-on experience with social analytics, GMB, business intelligence, and social media listening tools. - Working knowledge of content development and management. - Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
