- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. 3 years of experience with Android application development. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 3 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools or debugging. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. Experience developing accessible technologies. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable storage solutions for Android, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate storage APIs that enable developers to create powerful and performant applications. Optimize storage functionality to minimize resource consumption, improve system performance, and reduce battery usage. Contribute to the development and enhancement of system-level framework components related to storage, such as file management, data persistence, and caching mechanisms. Participate in the entire life-cycle of Android storage features, from ideation and design to implementation, testing and deployment. ,
