- Job Description Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Support & Troubleshooting: Configuration & Implementation: Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate configuration and customization based on business requirements. Functional Consulting: Develop and document functional specifications, design documentation, and user training materials. Testing & Validation: Validate and ensure data accuracy and integrity during system implementations and periodic upgrades. End-User Training & Support: Process Improvement & Optimization: Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting resolutions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with the technical team for system customizations and performance optimization. Qualifications: Experience: Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations with external systems (e.g., HRMS, finance systems, time and attendance systems). Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and tools (e.g., HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud). Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service. Certifications (preferred but not required): Oracle Cloud HCM certification. Ready to work in shifts including night shift. The role will be based in Bangalore / Hyderabad.
