Job Overview CrazyHR is seeking fresh Mechanical Engineers for a full-time position as Ideal candidates are those with zero to one year of experience looking to start their careers in a dynamic technology-driven environment. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in SolidWorks for modeling and designing mechanical components (Mandatory skill). In-depth understanding of various manufacturing processes with practical applications (Mandatory skill). Experience or knowledge in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems to ensure efficiency (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with AutoCAD for drafting and analyzing technical mechanical designs. Understanding of CATIA for improving product engineering and designing complex components. Experience with ANSYS for performing and analyzing engineering simulations to predict mechanical constraints. Knowledge of MATLAB for numerical computing and advanced mechanical system modeling. Ability to work with Creo for 3D CAD design, ensuring accurate and efficient mechanical drafting. Roles And Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of innovative mechanical components using relevant software. Support the engineering team in the evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes. Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure operational efficiency of machinery. Analyze products for compliance with performance and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex engineering projects. Maintain detailed records of engineering specifications and processes for future reference. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project goals and objectives. Engage in continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.,
