- Description: Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements: 8+ years hands-on experience as Python Developer 6+ years experience in Python scripting and development, Chromium Embedded Framework Should have Java Script / React knowledge (Nice to have) Should be able to lead the team and report to the engineering managers from both GL and customer Should have experience in develop and design the Python based service oriented architectures Hands on experience with Python, PythonSDK, Pycharm, Git and Python automation Experience with CI/CD technologies like Gitlab, Jenkins, and one of the cloud the technologies AWS / Azure or/and GCP; Cloud integrations / Migrations Ability to break down and discuss technical issues and solutions with non-technical team members Experience with revision control systems including branch, merge and tag strategies using Git Good communication skills including written, spoken, illustrating and documenting Willingness to work in an agile environment with a collaborative team Willingness to learn and try innovative approaches Job Responsibilities: Lead and work with both with local and onshore / offshore development teams which demands to be flexible in the working hours Troubleshoot and defect triaging Responsible for assuring availability, stability, and cost-efficiency of all development systems Continuous to improve current infrastructure and tools and bring automation to the table Partner with development teams to deliver ongoing releases using continuous integration tools What We Offer Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
