5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Responsibilities: Work on full SDLC activities, including enhancements, customizations, interfaces, and queries using PeopleTools. Assist in defining business and technical requirements. Perform coding for new and complex system functionalities. Conduct efficient and thorough testing of system enhancements and bug fixes. Maintain a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials (AR, AP, BI, GL, AM) and related business processes. Ensure compliance with documentation standards as required by SDLC and audit guidelines. Collaborate with external application teams integrating with PeopleSoft Financials. Create and maintain project artifacts, including Technical Designs, Unit Test Scripts, Unit Test Logs, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects. Work in night shift (8 AM 5 PM CST). Must-Have Skills: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Financials. Strong expertise in Financial Systems analysis and reporting. Proficiency in PeopleSoft Tools, including: Application Designer Application Engine PeopleCode Application Packages Integration Broker BI Publisher Experience with PeopleSoft HCM module. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Workflow. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking. Experience Range: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft Financials.
