- Job Title: Strategic Marketing & Copywriting Specialist Location: Chandigarh, India Experience: 4+ years Job Description: We are looking for a Strategic Marketing & Copywriting Specialist who excels in storytelling, persuasive copywriting, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of impactful campaigns, write compelling email marketing copies, develop client proposals, and ensure our brand communication resonates with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Storytelling & Copywriting: Write captivating content for email campaigns, client proposals, case studies, and marketing materials. Develop creative narratives and messaging strategies that align with brand objectives. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Create and manage email campaigns, including nurturing sequences and monthly database communications. Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher engagement. Marketing Ticket Management: Manage marketing tickets submitted via Zoho Desk, ensuring timely resolution and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to address franchise partner requests effectively. Social Media Promotions & Paid Campaigns: Promote case studies and other content on social platforms to generate leads and grow followers. Plan and execute Google Ads and social media paid campaigns. SEO & Blog Writing: Develop SEO-friendly blog posts to support organic growth strategies. Collaborate on keyword research and content planning to improve website visibility. Client Proposals & Presentations: Craft persuasive client proposals and presentations tailored to specific objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and optimized. Marketing Tools & Analytics: Utilize platforms like Zoho One, ZoomInfo, and other tools to analyze performance and refine strategies. Monitor analytics to gather insights and enhance campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Proven expertise in copywriting, email marketing, and campaign development. Strong command of English with excellent storytelling and persuasive writing skills. Familiarity with Zoho One, ZoomInfo, or similar marketing tools. Experience in managing social media promotions and paid advertising. Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization. Tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to marketing. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
