Spectral Consultants is hiring for React Frontend Architect with one of the leading IT Service based organization in Hyderabad location. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of React developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React.js and related technologies. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Optimize applications for maximum performance across different devices and browsers. Review and improve existing code, ensuring code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends and incorporate them into the development process. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Expertise in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) Experience with Next.js, Storybook, and micro-frontends. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,
