Responsibilities –
Design and update Job descriptions
Source potential candidate from various sourcing platform
Craft recruitment emails to attract passive candidate
Screening incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phones )
Follow up and feedback calls with selected candidates
Position – IT/NON IT Recruiter
Location – Gurgaon
Experience – 2 to 5 Years
Qualification – Post Graduate (Preference MBA HR)
Salary – 2.40 upto 5 LPA
Notice Period – Immediate Joiner or within 10 Days
Timing – 9:30am – 7:30pm
Working Days – 6 Days
