- Job Description:- CJA Experience: 3-10 years of experience in Adobe Analytics or 1 years with Adobe Analytics and 3+ years with other analytics tool like Google Analytics Experience of working on 1 project with CJA Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is must preferably experienced with Adobe Tag, Launch or Tealium Ability to build different types of reports to analyze different the journey performance and attribute sales events with Campaign Journeys, Paida Media Campaigns or other promotions Must be proficient with different types of AA report components, evars, props, events, segments, etc Nice to have - experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query Service Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate advanced technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Oversee the development and deployment of customer journey analytics to optimize user experiences. Provide technical expertise in integrating AEP solutions with existing systems and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business growth. Develop and maintain documentation for technology architecture and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology implementation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. Support the development of technical strategies aligned with business objectives. Mentor and guide junior team members in technology best practices. Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Have extensive experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in integrating advanced technologies with existing systems. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Hold a relevant certification in AEP technologies or a related field. Certifications Required Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Certified Analytics Professional (CAP),
