Job Description

    Key Responsibilities Ensure the operational effectiveness of the process and ensure all the Risk and Compliance agenda are met Leads and inspires a team of professionals, ensuring that there is a focus on quality and improvement at all times Mentoring and coaching direct reports, where appropriate Conducting structured Business Needs Discussions with hiring managers before candidate search commences, identifying the key role and candidate requirements and agreeing and sourcing and selection strategy, SLA and respective roles and accountabilities, updating the JR accordingly Designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs Developing multi-hire sourcing approaches to fulfil the hiring needs Managing various recruitment events (interns, campus, hiring drives, etc) as required Continuously attracting candidates to the Bank by promoting the organisation as an employer of choice in the market place Efficient end-to-end applicant management for all JRs, managing the SLAs by working with the Resourcing Support regarding interview and assessment arrangements Advising Hiring managers where required, e.g., with interview guide, hiring process, etc Ensuring that rejections are handled appropriately and providing the right candidate experience Advising Hiring Managers on which candidates to progress to next stage, ensuring the right recruitment conclusions are made are made, challenging the business recommendations as required Managing timely feedback between Hiring Managers, suppliers (where relevant) and candidates. Responsible for collation of interview notes and ensuring timely and appropriate completion Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs Ensuring policy, process and system knowledge and capability are at the highest level Ensuring close attention is paid to data analysis in order to drive the most efficiency from the team Adopting a continuous improvement approach towards the team and its processes Skills And Experience Resourcing Experience Relationship building Stakeholder Management Data Analysis Business Communication Strong influencing and negotiating skills Networking & relationship building, Deep experience gained in a complex, hiring environment. Key Capabilities Communication & relationship building Industry & organisational awareness Commercial acumen Key Skills Strong influencing and negotiating skills Networking & relationship building Need to have a good understanding of in country employment and recruiting laws and compliance of these Technical Competencies Deep experience gained in a complex, hiring environment Capable in collecting and analysing data in order to shed light on trends and make recommendations Able to direct and shape dialogue with key and senior business leaders Qualifications Good to have MBA in HR from tier 1 or 2 college Country Specific Company Law & Governance Data Presentation Skills Bachelors Degree / Graduates / MBA from a recognized university 09 12 years of experience Comfortable dealing multi-cultural and diverse teams Communication & relationship building Industry & organisational awareness Commercial acumen Strong influencing and negotiating skills. Vendor mgmt. skills Networking & relationship building Deep experience gained in a complex, hiring environment. Capable in collecting and analysing data in order to shed light on trends and make recommendations. Able to direct and shape dialogue with key and senior business leaders.
