The India Customer and Delivery Experience Product team is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager (Insights) with experience in e-commerce fulfillment. This role requires critical thinking, ability to think big, write and communicate long term strategies, and be comfortable with high level of ambiguity.

What will your role scope be
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering large end to end programs. You will have the opportunity to engage with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to conceive of and design innovative customer facing initiatives. You thrive through creating a vision, building consensus and driving teams towards results. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, significantly complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence are essential to success in this role.
What will your exact responsibilities be
Create consensus for the program vision both internally and with key external partners of the org
Work closely with business, operations, technology, and product stakeholders to deliver on your planned improvements
Manage delivery of current programs concurrently with future planning
Analyze large amounts of data, derive insights, research your area, and build a coherent strategy and roadmap for your area
Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
Absolute must have to qualify for the role
Be comfortable looking at large amounts of data and making sense of it
Ability to influence without authority
Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
This role is a little data intensive, and ideally would require the candidate be self-sufficient to analyze large amounts of data. So, working knowledge of SQL and aware of statistical analysis would be a big plus for success. You will have a team of Business Intelligence Engineers who you can rely on complex queries and build required data infra to drive your programs. However, you will need to be comfortable with simple querying, be nifty with excel (power pivot), and use data to drive / influence discussions. Many a times you will have to leverage existing data generated by other BIEs to drive your programs. Other times, the exact data may not be available and you will need to be self-sufficient to not be blocked by this. The bottom line is to drive improvements which requires strong communication, building strong visions, a flair for identifying data patterns, comfort with analyzing large varied datasets, and a knack of influencing diverse set of stakeholder.,
- 3+ years of post-undergraduate and pre-Master's professional or military experience
- Master's degree
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma
