Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager in an operations-based process, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of your team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tasks. Your role involves managing workflow of multiple projects, setting performance goals, and monitoring team productivity to meet operational targets. You will provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Additionally, you will handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact between your team, Client and upper management, ensuring that all operational objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure daily targets are met by monitoring team performance and workflow. Input Verification: Check and validate inputs to guarantee accurate allocation of resources and data. Process Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all processes to guide the team effectively and address any issues that arise. Team Support: Provide support by resolving doubts and questions from team members to facilitate smooth operations. Quality Control: Lead the quality control process by performing detailed inspections to ensure deliverables meet client standards and requirements Statistical Quality Control :Lead the of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of deliverables Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively, identifying root causes and working towards resolution. Client Communication: Attend client meetings and communicate clearly, both verbally & written.
