Job description Marketing Executive North India KFP LLP
Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and
maintaining relationships with them
Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc., all online
sources and marketing tools
Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics,
market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination.
with the design department and directly with the clients
For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it
to the Design department and starting design creation
There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the
requirement of the customers
Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalized.
Signing P.O. received from Jr. Executive Accounts - Graphics for further process.
Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any
Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final
destination
Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions.
Follow up of C Forms in time from all the clients.
Handling Exhibitions and doing its related arrangement efficiently and manage to generate.
new clients from it
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management.
Organizing sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new
prospective clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager.
Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the management.
Prepare && provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management.
Reporting at Head office on daily basis to Reporting Manager
Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors.
Educational Qualification Bachelors in Any Field, Masters/Diploma in Marketing
Technical Skills Should be fluent in English, Local language is must, Market.
Research, Initiative, Understanding the customer, Coordination.
Behavioral Skills Teamwork, Attention to Detail
Overall and Specific experience 1 to 3 years of experience
Other Requirements (Please specify) Preferable from Packaging industry.
Salary Range 30-35k (Depend on interview &, Experience)
Note: Candidate preferable from any areas of Gujarat/India if He is ready to relocate at
Ahmedabad. He had to look north India.
