Job Description

A warehouse supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping orders. They also ensure that the warehouse is clean, safe, and efficient.

Inventory: Receive, store, and track inventory, and ensure it's in the correct location
Shipping and receiving: Oversee the receiving and dispatching of shipments
Customer service: Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
Safety: Ensure that employees follow safety procedures and that the warehouse is clean
Team management: Hire, train, and supervise warehouse employees
Process improvement: Review and improve warehouse processes and procedures
Equipment: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Budget: Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions
