For a leading Mumbai based role with a leading Fintech (Part of Global MNC) !!
Operations Head - Cards business (Leadership role)
Exp 10-18 yrs
Desired :
- Expertise to handle, build from ground Zero the complete business - card logistics, reconciliation, settlement, dispute managements etc.
- The role involves managing credit card operations post acquisition processes like payments, marketing operations, settlement, chargebacks, and account maintenance etc. Process development/creation of SOP, drive Quality initiatives, Customer experience and Stakeholder management.
- Ensure operational health of Card Operations through constant process improvements including process / system solutions for improved service, efficiency, controls and security of operations.
- Continuously review, recommend and implement improvements / enhancements to operational procedures & workflow within Card Operations.
- Dealing with banks, networks and tech service providers to ensure a flawless customer experience.
- Maximise both internal and external customer satisfaction through customer-focused operations and policies, implementation and monitoring of service standards, and effective complaint management.
Required :
- Well qualified/PG with At least 10 years of experience in managing Card Business Operations, and must have thorough knowledge of all aspects of Card Operations
- Customer orientation & Stakeholder management
- Strong research, statistical, and decision-making skills
