Job Description

    Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with program management leading cross-functional and technical projects with distributed teams. Ability to work with ambiguity and prioritize, solve problems, work autonomously, and iterate. Excellent people management skills for leading and collaborating within a team environment, with knowledge of Google tools and technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate across a wide variety of functions and levels. About the job A problem isnt truly solved until its solved for all. Define, develop, and manage strategic planning (e.g., roadmaps) for programs spanning across multiple Platforms and Devices teams and products. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline process and programs improvements to affect organizational efficiency. Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through communication to facilitate collaboration and partnerships. Enhance organizational efficiency and visibility by developing program management capabilities to elevate execution. ,
