Job Description
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer with at least 2 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the technical skills required to create stunning 3D renderings that bring our design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints, translating ideas into innovative and functional designs for both residential and commercial spaces. Space Planning: Develop space plans that meet client needs, ensuring the efficient use of space, aesthetics, and functionality. 3D Visualization and Rendering: Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations to help clients visualize the final outcome. Material and Color Selection: Source materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept, considering durability, sustainability, and cost. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that designs are executed according to plans and within timelines. Client Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to clients for feedback and approvals. Documentation: Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and layouts as needed to guide the projects execution. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working on both residential and commercial interior design projects. Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong 3D visualization skills, with the ability to produce photorealistic renders. Knowledge of design trends, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with sustainable design principles. Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
