Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core team as a founding engineer. This is an equity-based position, ideal for someone who wants to be part of an early-stage startup and contribute to building cutting-edge AI-driven platforms. You will play a key role in developing scalable applications, backend systems, and frontend interfaces that power AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks. Work on both backend (Node.js, Python, Golang) and frontend (React, TypeScript). Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into applications. Ensure robust security, performance, and scalability of web applications. Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with the latest development trends and best practices. Requirements Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js, Python, or Golang). Frontend proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
