Job Description
- Experience: ROBOSOL is a Microsoft Gold accredited provider of business software, services and support to small and medium sized businesses in UK mainly on Microsoft packages and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision), Dynamics 365, CRM, SharePoint, MS SQL, .Net and more. Robosol has been working with companies from sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Fashion, Retail, Packaging, Textile and Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Shopify & Shopify Plus Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom themes and functionality on Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms. Implement and customize Shopify apps and integrations to enhance the stores capabilities. Customize Shopify admin tools to improve the internal workflow and user experience. Liquid Template Language: Advanced use of Liquid to build dynamic content, customize theme functionality, and implement complex logic. Create reusable and scalable code snippets for ease of maintenance. Front-End Development: Develop pixel-perfect, responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Work with popular front-end libraries like jQuery, and ensure consistent cross-browser compatibility. Ensure the website is responsive and performs well across all devices. APIs and Integrations: Develop custom applications using Shopifys REST and GraphQL APIs. UI/UX Optimization: Implement best practices for user experience, ensuring the website is intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging. Focus on improving site speed, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience working as a Shopify Developer. Proven experience with Shopify theme development and customization (Shopify Plus is a plus). Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Liquid template language for Shopify theme development. Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrating third-party apps and services into Shopify stores. UI/UX Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and web optimization techniques. Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Tools & Platforms: Experience with Git for version control. Familiarity with Shopify Plus features (e.g., custom pricing, scripts, and additional APIs). Proficient in using Shopifys admin panel and app marketplace. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other e-commerce platforms and CMS (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce). Knowledge of server-side technologies and back-end integration (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails). Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
