Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, user-friendly digital experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to bring innovative design solutions to life. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. Ensure consistency across all platforms with design systems and style guides. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Bonus: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with accessibility best practices.
