Design and maintain end systems, ensuring code quality and performance. Apply clean code practices and actively participate in code reviews and pair programming. Work closely with the product management team to coordinate acceptance criteria and ensure smooth development processes. Take responsibility for features from conception to production and beyond, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Identify and implement state-of-the-art approaches for our platform. Collaborate with the sales and product management teams to define new feature requirements. Independently drive key project areas and take ownership of specific tasks. Desired Candidate Profile Strong proficiency in Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Hands-on experience with MongoDB. Familiarity with PHP is desirable but not mandatory. Proven experience in developing and managing full-stack applications. Strong understanding of software development best practices and clean coding principles. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,
