- Position Overview Job Title- Corporate Bank Technology Commercial Banking IT Product Owner, AVP Location- Pune, India Role Description Partnering with business and infrastructure functions. Building a deep understanding on business goals and derive requirements and dependencies. Translate business requirements in comprehensive technical requirements Maintain hygiene, Risk and Control and Stability at the core of every delivery. Work in an agile setup, helping with feedback to improve our way of working. Commercial Banking Tribe Youll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank. We are responsible for the digital transformation of :800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment. Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape. You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team. You will bring an innovative approach to software development, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who sees engineering as team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to contribute to all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production support. Identify data sources needed for the business requirements and combine them effectifly Defining optimized data products for our data consumer Communicate evectifely with business, architecture, engineering team, and other stakeholders. Implement data governance and protection to adhere regulatory requirements and policies. Your Skills And Experience Masterss degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of technologies in data and cloud environments. The ability to combine the latest technologies to develop the best possible product that meets the requirements of the market and the strategic goals of our tribe. Great communication skills being able to identify and explain the pros and cons of complex technical solution to non-technical people. Support in the decision-making process on new solution and evaluate the possible business value and excellent problem-solving skills.
