Skills: Negotiation, purchase, IT product, Rack, Vendor Management, tally, It hardware, networking purchase, Job Title: Networking Purchase Executive* Location:* Pune, India Experience:* 2-6 years Notice Period:* Immediate to 30 days Key Responsibilities:* Source and procure IT products such as printers, network cables, racks, and switches in accordance with company requirements and budgetary constraints. Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and optimize procurement costs. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor performance evaluations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support and solutions. Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor and channel partners to streamline procurement processes and enhance vendor management. Key Skills:* 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in the IT industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Knowledge of IT products such as printers, network cables, racks, and switches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement software. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience working with distributor and channel partners in the procurement process. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
