Wings is a design studio that creates remarkable, customer-first brand experiences, helping businesses take off and soar across industries with expertise in Branding, UX/UI design, Interactive Website, and Marketing. We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the design strategy and execution for our digital products. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences while leading a team of designers. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and leadership to create user-centered solutions that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement UX/UI design strategies that align with business and user needs. Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools. Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions. Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
