Located in Hyderabad, the company operates across multiple states of work. With a focus on professional excellence, integrity, and social responsibility, NCPE has contributed to critical projects including water supplies and drainage improvements. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Climate Analyst at NCPE Infrastructure India Private Limited in Hyderabad. The Climate Analyst will be responsible for evaluating climate data, conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and contributing to urban infrastructure design projects. Education: Doctorate or Masters degree in climate change science and policy / atmospheric science / environmental science or engineering / geophysics etc. and Bachelors degree in environmental science, geography, meteorology, civil or environmental engineering, climate science and related areas. Work Experience: 5 years and above Essential ability: Expertise in use of open-source climate models with ability to conduct statistical analysis for prediction of future climate trends of temperature, rainfall and humidity for a given region under different scenarios. Conducting geospatial and data analytics using GIS tools to map and quantify climate impacts. Desirable ability: Climate risk modelling and scenario analysis such as evaluating RCP / SSP scenarios and prediction of extreme weather events.,
