- Its a individual roles reporting to NBM Health Insurance, This roles requires following job to be performed
- New Client acquisition throug direct sales , Cross Selling to Existing corporate customer for GMC , GTLI, GPA and other employee benefits products.
- Offer solutions to clients depending on the Risk Management philosophy and available market options
- Direct Sales and assist , Train & equip Current Account Team , Commercial Banking Team and KAM team on various employee benefit products to generate leads for cross sell.
- Liaison with insurance companies for quotes & claims.
- Develop a business plan for portfolio of clients and prospects to meet specific retention and sales goals for the region.
- Retain and expand existing client relationships. Retention rate is 95%.
- Managing the portfolio of few large accounts directly
- Candidates must have experience in direct sales and corporate insurance sales experience from distribution side.
- Preferred MBA Insurance and Risk
- Candidates must have the ,Great communication skill, Negotiation & consistency and have the ability to work with cross functional Team .
