Working mode This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT, Hybrid role Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for automating UI + API applications Responsible for setting up the automation framework and environments required for successful completion of Automation. Responsible for automating test cases for various applications. Responsible for fixing any issues on automation scripts. Responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines for different environments. Ability to report test results to the leads and defect reporting. Ability to understand, troubleshoot and differentiate defects, data issues and requirement gaps. Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations/update of risks, issues, status and exemptions to leadership. Effective communication with the team, leadership, vendor partners, internal and external customers covering all aspects of team needs both onshore and offshore. Awareness of different software development and QA methodologies. Stay up to date with the latest automation tools, technologies and trends. Required Skills & Competencies Hands on coding Experience in Python is a MUST Hands on coding experience in automation using Selenium/Java or Selenium C# or Selenium/Python is a MUST Thorough knowledge in OOPS & Programming concepts API testing experience is a MUST Working experience with CI/CD tools Experience in code management tool like Git or any equivalent tool Experience in banking/fintech application automation is a plus Experience in test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray & Confluence Ability to self-learn and grasp the knowledge quickly Self-motivated and ability to work with the business Growth mindset and not afraid of a challenge Familiarity with various development methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and resolution skills Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST. Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, along with relevant tertiary qualifications. 3+ years of experience in Selenium Automation is a must for Web and APIs,
