- A renowned facilty management company if Saudi Arabia is looking for Revit Operators MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL BACKGROUND ONLY. A Revit Operator is responsible for creating, modifying, and managing 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit, primarily in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. Job Description Job Title: Revit Operator / BIM Modeler Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit. Work with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret project specifications and produce accurate construction documents. Modify and update BIM (Building Information Modeling) models based on design revisions and feedback. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company guidelines. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components within the Revit model. Extract BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and schedules from models for project estimation. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other disciplines. Maintain organized model files and documentation for project tracking. Requirements: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with other drafting software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, etc.). Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) modeling. Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and BIM standards. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with various disciplines. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications (a plus). Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, drafting, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with Revit families, parametric modeling, and template creation. Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools (like BIM 360, Navisworks, or Dynamo for Revit). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills.,
