. Oracle:-

Experience

Minimum 10 years of Database Administration experience

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience

Expert in install, upgrade and patching,

Expert in database performance tuning,

Expert in troubleshooting issues

Advanced Backup and recovery using RMAN,

Good knowledge of Unix and shell scripting,

Expertise in administering RAC/ASM and Dataguard

Handling database Corruption issues.

Implementing Best practices

Performing technical deep dives

Expertise in Golden Gate

Good working knowledge of Unix System administration, preferably Linux

Soft Skills

Good Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving and Root Cause analysis skills
