- Job Title: Technical Consultant INFOR LN, OS (Remote) Location: Remote (Worldwide) Job Type: Full-Time/Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant for INFOR LN, OS to join our team at a leading Technology Partner of INFOR. This is a remote position, and the consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support, consulting, and implementation for INFOR LN (also known as INFOR CloudSuite Industrial) and its OS (Operating System) components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in INFOR LN, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: INFOR LN/OS Implementation & Configuration: Provide expert guidance and implementation services for INFOR LN, including installation, configuration, and support of the INFOR OS. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Offer second-line technical support for INFOR LN clients, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. System Integration: Work closely with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring smooth integration with INFOR LN and the Operating System. Customization & Development: Customize INFOR LN modules and features to meet client-specific needs, including report development, custom workflows, and interface integration. Upgrade & Migration Projects: Assist with INFOR LN upgrades and data migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of INFOR LN solutions. Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Performance Tuning & Optimization: Assess and enhance the performance of INFOR LN and its underlying infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality. Stay Current on INFOR LN Updates: Stay updated on the latest INFOR LN and OS releases, patches, and updates, and implement them as necessary. Required Qualifications: Experience with INFOR LN: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting INFOR LN solutions. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in INFOR LN OS, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP principles, business processes, and manufacturing/industrial operations, particularly related to INFOR LN. SQL & Database Management: Solid experience in SQL, database management, and query optimization. Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as .NET, Java, or C# is a plus for developing custom solutions or integrations. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments. Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely, with excellent time management and self-motivation.,
