About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist/Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data solutions, develop advanced analytics models, and drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, youll work with large datasets, build robust data pipelines, and apply machine learning techniques to uncover insights and optimize business processes. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence, leveraging cloud platforms and big data technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Architect and implement data lake, warehouse, and real-time streaming solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Leverage big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) to enable efficient data processing and analytics. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance by implementing best practices in ETL, data validation, and monitoring. Develop and deploy machine learning models to extract insights, predict trends, and enhance decision-making. Perform time series analysis for forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend identification. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making across teams. Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights. Continuously research and implement cutting-edge technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and analytics. What Were Looking For Must-Have Skills: 4+ years in data engineering, with experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and engineering. Big Data Expertise: Experience working with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for data processing and storage. Machine Learning & AI: Proven track record in building and deploying ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for presenting insights. Forecasting & Time Series Analysis: Strong knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, including time series forecasting. Version Control: Familiarity with Git for collaborative development. Nice-to-Have Skills: Domain Knowledge: Experience in applying data science solutions in industries such as Energy, Fintech, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing. Optimization & Automation: Experience in process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiencies. IoT & Real-Time Analytics: Exposure to sensor data, streaming analytics, or real-time data processing. NLP & Deep Learning: Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning architectures. Research & Publications: Contributions to data science research, patents, or academic publications.
